2024 Meet the Teachers Night

The school was excited to welcome our parents to Georgia School Ningbo’s Meet the Teachers Night on September 26th. This is a great opportunity to meet the teachers and learn more about children's educational journey for the new school year. Mr. Cavon, the Head of Georgia School, initiated the meeting by expressing gratitude to all parents for their attendance. He emphasized the value of home-school co-education and stated that by enhancing cooperation between the two parties, students' development can be achieved successfully. Georgia's teachers from each department then walked on stage, and introduced themselves to demonstrate their personalities.

Afterwards, the parents proceeded to their respective administrative classes, where the homeroom teachers provided a comprehensive explanation of a variety of topics, including class management, safety education, and home-school communication. They specifically highlighted the value of the school's Tribes Program, contributing to the development of each student's character. The thorough and compassionate explanation alleviated the new families' anxiety and concern about their children entering a new setting.
