Georgia School’s annual "Week Without Walls" (WWW) educational excursion took place from Nov 19-24, 2023!Each year at GSN, students engage in outdoor activities, team-building exercises, cultural exploration, and service learning guided by our dedicated teachers. This year, we traveled to Sanya, on Hainan Island, immersing ourselves in breathtaking scenery and contributing to a project focused on the sustainable development of marine life and tropical rainforests. The aim of this excursion was to broaden our students' perspectives, enhance their environmental awareness and further strengthen the bonds of camaraderie and friendship among classmates from grades 6 through 12.
The culmination of this journey prompted expressions of gratitude from students to the organizers, teachers, parents, and friends. Each student is a vital part of our society contributing to the intricate ecology of our world. Through GSN’s Week Without Walls excursion, students not only gained a profound understanding of teamwork but also developed valuable skills that will shape their future studies and lives along with the guidance of our dedicated teachers.
