Welcome Back to Georgia School

On the first day of school, the head of school and teachers of Georgia were waiting at the school gate to greet students, with a cordial smile and a warm high five. New students felt the great atmosphere of the school community. Grade 4 student Steve shared: "I was counting down the days for school to open and I missed everybody!"

After entering the school, Georgia’s students discovered changes: the entire science and technology building was put into use; a multi-function hall with a circular top and enormous floor-to-ceiling windows; hallways connecting the teaching buildings... Renovations, including new restrooms and staircases, have given the new school year a fresh start. During the first class, the homeroom teachers and the students discussed the school's five agreements and four learner outcomes. The students were invited to share their opinions as well.

Georgia School has experienced challenges and growth during its first ten years of operation. The 2024–2025 academic year will usher in the next ten years as we continue to uphold our founding vision of an American international school with the focus on academics, enabling every student to thrive in all spheres of their academic, social, and emotional development.
